Overview

Reef in a box is an active project that Thom and myself are trying to get off the ground. The idea is to use the Internet and social media techniques to offer people the opportunity to acquire, nurture, and foster the growth of a captive marine salt water reef ecosystem. With our innovative customer support model, we make it easy for anyone to setup, maintain, and care for a nano-reef marine ecosystem.

We are in the process of assembling our first "Alpha" and "Beta" nano reef tank setups that we will eventually offer for sale and purchase.

We are technology friendly and our customer support model is based on a mix of techniques to offer unprecedented levels of real time 24/7 support via Mobile SMS/TXT alerts, Email,IRC, and Live Webcam/VOIP customer support. For those interested in purchasing a recurring monthly support subscription, we provide FREE webcam's to allow us to monitor your nano reef tank using a standard DSL/Broadband or Mobile 3G connection.
